To advance further, the company should prioritize strengthening loyalty among repeat buyers, expanding core revenue drivers such as Books and Beauty, and preserving profitability while tapping into untapped potential within younger and middle-income customer segments.

EXCELPRO CONSULT TRAINING PERFORMANCE DASHBOARD
The dashboard reveals that the training program engaged 160 trainees and generating $1.95M in revenue. The IT department and the East region lead in training investments, reflecting strategic focus areas. Notably, 69% of participants benefited from discounts, driving higher enrollment. While overall satisfaction stands at 3.0/5, this presents an opportunity for continuous quality improvement. Participation spans across all education levels, underscoring the program’s inclusive reach and relevance across the workforce.
HR EMPLOYEE ATTRITION DASHBOARD
The HR attrition analysis revealed an overall turnover rate of ~16%, with the highest losses concentrated in Sales, HR, and among employees under 25%, where attrition reached nearly 40%. Sales Representatives and Lab Technicians were particularly at risk, while senior roles showed strong stability. Work-life balance proved to be a key driver, with poor ratings linked to double the attrition rate of those reporting healthier balance. Recommendations included stronger onboarding and mentorship for younger staff, redesigning sales incentives, improving work-life balance policies, and leveraging senior leaders as mentors. Together, these strategies could reduce attrition to a sustainable 10–12 % and build a more engaged workforce.

Developed a dynamic HR dashboard to visualize workforce composition, hiring trends, diversity metrics, and attrition patterns. Key insights include a mid-career-dominant workforce (avg. age 41), peak exits in 2021, balanced gender distribution, and engineering as the largest department.
Recommendations: Focus on succession planning for aging employees, strengthen retention programs, enhance diversity hiring, invest in early-career talent, and use data to predict attrition and guide workforce planning.
🚗 METROSAFE ACCIDENT ANALYSIS
Analyzed 144K+ accidents, 195K+ casualties, and 265K+ vehicles involved. Fridays emerge as the riskiest day, with single carriageways (120K+ cases) posing the highest danger. 65% of crashes occur in urban areas, while Sept–Oct peaks reflect festive travel and weather changes. Strikingly, 1 in 7 accidents is serious or fatal—underlining the urgent need for safer road designs, driver awareness, and faster emergency response.
FRAUD MONITORING ANALYSIS
⚠️ Imagine this: every 5th transaction is fraudulent. The Fraud Monitoring Dashboard (Tableau) revealed a 21.3% fraud rate worth $489K, with hotspots across POS, bank transfers, and ATMs. Fraudsters systematically target clothing, luxury, and travel merchants, while risk varies by customer group — from students on mobile to retirees in crypto. The insight is clear: fraud follows patterns, and detecting them early protects both money and trust.
EXECUTIVE SALES ANALYSIS
💡 The Executive Sales Dashboard reveals more than just numbers — it shows where profit truly comes from. In-Store leads with $30.1M revenue, but Wholesale delivers the highest margin (30.3%) despite being the smallest channel. Seasonal surges drive in-store & online growth, while everyday products like platters and glassware outperform niche items. 👉 Revenue tells the story, but profit writes the ending.
